11. Deschooling vs. Family Reset

Everyone suggests a period of “deschooling” when transitioning to homeschooling, but there’s no clear definition or any idea of what you’re supposed to do.

A Family Reset, an idea by Rachel DeMille, a founder of Thomas Jefferson Education, clearly defines what to do when your family is in any type of transition or change in dynamic. It is an intentional and productive tool to homeschooling success.

At the end of this episode you’ll know what deschooling and Family Reset are, the differences, when to use them and for how long.

If you’re just starting homeschooling, or going through any sort of family dynamic shift, this episode is for you to get back in your best family groove!
